The Caregiver Community gives you 60 minutes a month to pause, tell your story, hear the stories of others, and discover practical tools, trusted resources, and ideas that may help you think through what comes next. It’s not therapy, medical, hospice, legal advice, or one-to-one coaching; it’s a facilitated space where the power of storytelling and shared experience helps you find connection, perspective, and solutions that fit your own story. Make room for yourself to step back, reconnect with yourself, and experience caregiving differently.
Personalized Coaching for Leaders and Caregivers
Leading people to shared outcomes and high standards while aligning with the organizational values can be complex, given individual preferences and personalities. Personalized one-on-one coaching helps leaders identify their strengths so they leverage them to invest their direct reports in rowing in the same direction while also welcoming individuality and authenticity.
Support for individuals serving as Power of Attorney, managing caregiving responsibilities for loved ones, or seeking personal clarity and growth during seasons of transition. Confidential, one-on-one sessions are tailored to help clients navigate their complex family decisions, balance caregiving with professional demands, and honor the full scope of life’s responsibilities.
Project Completion
Range will complete one project at a time, starting from scratch or picking a project up midstream. Range will lead your project team or carry the project independently until it is completed with success. Range can take on projects where strategic leadership and execution are needed for urgent, high-stakes work that requires immediate attention but exceeds current organizational capacity. This service delivers project completion while simultaneously building internal team capacity through skills development, process creation, and knowledge transfer. Examples include completing grant applications and charter school renewal applications.
